Terms and Conditions

These Terms govern access to and use of Petty Manifestation ("Petty" or the "Service"), owned and operated by Glow Healing Co. PLLC ("Glow Healing Co.," "Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account, starting a free trial, purchasing a subscription or digital product, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. What Petty is

Petty is an entertainment and self-reflection app. It is not medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or other professional advice, and it is not a substitute for care from a qualified professional. If you are in crisis or need professional help, contact a qualified provider or local emergency services.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms. You agree to provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity conducted through your account.

3. Petty+ subscriptions, free trials, and automatic renewal

Petty+ is offered as a monthly or annual subscription at the price displayed before checkout. Eligible new subscribers receive a free trial for the period shown at checkout; a payment card is required to start the trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription begins automatically at the end of the trial and your payment method will be charged. Unless canceled, subscriptions automatically renew at the same billing interval, and the payment method on file will be charged the then-applicable price. Previous subscribers may not be eligible for another trial.

You authorize Glow Healing Co. and Stripe to charge the payment method supplied for each renewal until cancellation. Price or material subscription changes will be communicated as required by law. Members keep their current price while their subscription remains active unless we notify you otherwise as required by law.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time through Manage billing in the app. Canceling during a free trial avoids the first charge. Cancellation stops future renewal charges, and access continues through the end of the period already paid for unless otherwise stated or required by law.

5. Refunds and digital products

Except where required by law, subscription charges are non-refundable once the applicable billing period begins. Digital books and other downloadable products are delivered immediately and are non-refundable once delivered, except where required by law. A discretionary refund or credit in one situation does not create an obligation to provide the same remedy in another.

6. Promotions and bonuses

Promotional offers, such as a free digital book with a purchase or membership, are available only for the period and on the terms stated in the offer. Bonus items are digital downloads unless stated otherwise and have no cash value.

7. AI features

Some features use artificial intelligence to generate content. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your situation. You are responsible for how you use any output, and you should not rely on it for decisions that require professional advice.

8. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service, its rituals, prompts, or suggestions to harm, harass, stalk, threaten, deceive, or interfere with another person. You may not use the Service unlawfully; impersonate another person; interfere with the Service; attempt unauthorized access; introduce malicious code; scrape or automate access without permission; reverse engineer the Service; or copy, resell, or redistribute Petty content or digital products.

9. Intellectual property

The Service and its content, including its software, written content, books, card and quiz content, branding, and materials, are owned by Company or used with permission and are protected by applicable law. Your purchase or subscription provides a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use. All other rights are reserved.

10. Third-party services

Stripe, Base44, Google Drive, and other third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party products, services, availability, or conduct.

11. No guarantee of results

We do not guarantee any particular personal, relationship, financial, or other outcome from using the Service. Examples and stories are illustrative and do not promise similar results.

12. Availability, suspension, and termination

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may suspend or terminate access for nonpayment, misuse, security concerns, unlawful activity, or material violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time.

13. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Company disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Company will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages or lost profits, revenue, data, or opportunity arising from the Service. Company's aggregate liability for a claim will not exceed the amount you paid Company during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Company harmless from third-party claims, damages, liabilities, and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

15. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email when required. Changes apply prospectively from their effective date.

16. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
