This Privacy Policy explains how Glow Healing Co. PLLC ("Glow Healing Co.," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you use Petty Manifestation ("Petty" or the "Service"), including its website, quiz, daily content, Talk to Petty, My practice, Petty+ membership, and related emails.

1. Information we collect

Information you provide. If you create an account or purchase Petty+, we collect your account email and subscription status. If you enter your email to receive a quiz result, starter visualization, or free book, we collect that email address and the related result. When you use the quiz, My practice, or Talk to Petty, we process the answers, details, messages, and optional profile information you choose to share, including optional astrology or numerology settings such as a birth date.

Payments. Payments are processed by Stripe. We receive transaction, subscription, and account-status information, but we do not receive or store your full payment-card number.

Information stored on your device. Saved quotes, Case Files, and practice answers you choose to remember may be stored in your browser on your device. See our Cookie Policy.

Information collected automatically. We and our service providers may collect page and feature usage, approximate location derived from IP address, browser and device information, timestamps, identifiers, and security or diagnostic information.

2. How we use information

We use information to provide and secure the Service; create and maintain accounts; process and administer Petty+ subscriptions and free trials; generate quiz results, personal scenes, and Talk to Petty replies; deliver requested results, downloads, and account emails; enforce daily usage limits; provide support; prevent fraud and misuse; improve the Service; enforce our Terms; and comply with legal obligations.

3. AI features

Creating a personal scene sends your selected answers, details, and saved practice map to Base44's AI service. Talk to Petty stores conversations and your optional profile in your account. To generate a reply, your message, the latest exchanges in the selected chat, and your chosen profile are sent to Base44's AI service. We keep message usage records containing your account ID, date, and request ID, without message content, to enforce daily limits. AI can make mistakes. Do not share details you do not want processed by this service. You can delete a conversation, all conversations, or your profile within Talk to Petty.

4. Emails

If you request a result, starter visualization, or free book by email, or join Petty+, we will send the emails needed to deliver what you requested and to administer your account. If we send marketing emails, each will include a way to unsubscribe. Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop non-promotional messages you specifically request or account and billing notices.

5. Service providers and other disclosures

We disclose information to service providers that help operate Petty, including Base44 for hosting, authentication, database, AI, email delivery, analytics, and infrastructure services, and Stripe for payment processing and subscription administration. These providers process information under their applicable terms and privacy commitments. We may also disclose information when required by law, legal process, or a valid governmental request, or when reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, security, and the integrity of the Service.

6. Sale and targeted advertising

We do not exchange personal information for money and do not knowingly use personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. If our practices change, we will update this Policy and provide any legally required choices.

7. Retention

We retain account and subscription records while your account is active and afterward for the period reasonably necessary to administer the Service, maintain financial records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and enforce agreements. Conversations, profiles, and practice data are kept until you delete them, delete your account, or deletion is otherwise required. Retention periods vary based on the type of information and the purpose for which it was collected.

8. Your privacy choices and rights

You can clear practice data within My practice, delete Talk to Petty conversations and your profile, and delete your account from the app when signed in. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of personal information, and to withdraw consent or appeal a decision regarding a request. To submit a request, email glowhealingco@gmail.com. We may need to verify your identity. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.

9. California privacy rights

California residents may have additional rights under applicable California privacy laws, including rights to know, correct, or delete certain personal information and to opt out of certain sale or sharing practices. We do not exchange personal information for money or knowingly use it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We will honor legally valid privacy requests and recognized opt-out preference signals when applicable to our processing.

10. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No online transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

11. Children

The Service is intended for adults and is not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Contact us if you believe a child has submitted information so we can evaluate and delete it as appropriate.

12. Changes

We may update this Policy as the Service or legal requirements change. We will update the date above and provide additional notice when required.
